1. Personal information we process

  • Let's Tools can be used without creating an account.
  • Text, files, tokens, images, colors, code snippets, and other values entered into the tools are processed in your browser whenever possible.
  • Basic technical information such as access logs, IP address, browser, device, page URL, referrer, and error data may be processed through hosting logs, analytics, or error monitoring.
  • If you contact us by email, your email address and message content are processed to respond to your request.

2. Purpose of processing

  • Providing browser-based developer tools
  • Maintaining service security, stability, cache, and server operation
  • Understanding aggregate usage, performance, and errors
  • Improving tool quality, usability, and page content
  • Responding to user inquiries

3. Retention period

Tool input values are not intentionally stored by Let's Tools. Technical logs, analytics data, and inquiry records are retained only for the period needed for operation, troubleshooting, security, and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymized where practical.

4. Third-party sharing

Let's Tools does not sell personal information. Personal information is not provided to third parties except when required by law, requested by a lawful authority, or necessary to operate infrastructure and analytics services.

5. Service providers

  • LightNode or hosting infrastructure may process server logs for service operation.
  • Caddy and Docker-based server components may create access, cache, and error logs.
  • Google Analytics may process aggregate usage statistics.
  • Sentry may process error and performance data for troubleshooting.
  • Domain and DNS providers may process technical DNS records required to connect to the service.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser storage for language, theme, tool state, analytics, performance measurement, and security. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some preferences may reset.

7. Advertising and analytics

If ads or analytics are enabled, Google and related service providers may use cookies or identifiers to measure visits, prevent abuse, and evaluate performance. You can manage personalized advertising through Google's advertising settings.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing for personal information related to your inquiry. Because most tools run locally without accounts, many tool inputs are not stored by us and cannot be retrieved after use.
